Okay it may be a little too early to be shouting that, but 2018 will be coming to a close shortly.
Now through December recurring events (open houses, bike nights, etc.) will be extended through 2019.
Please review your clubs’ current event listings, If you need your recurring event amended, or removed please email us any changes.
Submitting Events
Ways to Submit Events – Easy as 1, 2, 3!
The AZCMC Calendar is reserved for all Member Clubs events. Multiple options are available to ensure that no club has an issue adding events to the calendar.
The steps below are included to assist with submitting events.
1.Submit Event Form Preferred method (details below)
2.Email Info@AZCMC.org
3.Text, or Call as needed
Submit Event Form: To Submit your club’s event, visit the AZCMC Calendar. In the upper right corner click Submit Event.
On the following page, complete the form with as many details about your event as you want included.
Use the Additional Information field to describe your event, (Entry fee, Live Music, Kickstand up time, Contact information, Vendors, etc.). Or use the field to specify a recurring event ( e.g. every 2nd Saturday) .
There’s also a spot to upload an event flyer.
Confirmation
Once your event is submitted, it will be posted within 24-48 hours typically, and a confirmation will be emailed to you once event is listed.
Trouble submitting?
Should you have any issues submitting your event, or need a revision email me at Info@AZCMC.org.
Last minute?
If you’ve submitted your event last minute (e.g. within 14 days), and need it posted faster, text or call me to expedite the posting
